The ramen must be eaten using only chopsticks or utensils provided by the organizer.
No physical assistance is allowed (e.g., another person feeding the participant).
Completion
Participants must finish the entire bowl of ramen, including the noodles and broth, to be considered for the prize. A participant is deemed finished when they show an empty bowl to the official, with no noodles, broth, or solid food left. Food must be completely swallowed.

In case of a tie (e.g., multiple participants finishing at the same time), a "sudden death" round involving an additional spicy dish or timed drinking of broth may be held to determine the winner.
The judge’s decision is final in all matters.

Takoyaki Wasabi Roulette
Start of the Challenge
All participants must begin eating at the same time. The host will announce the start of the challenge.
Eating Guidelines/Challenge Flow
1. Each contestant will receive a plate of takoyaki with wasabi filling. The amount of
wasabi filling will vary with each round.
o Each round, a “wild card” takoyaki will be placed on each contestant’s plate.
This may be a “wasabi free haven” (with no wasabi) or a “wasabi bomb”
(packed with extra wasabi)
2. Once per round, before eating, 1-2 contestants will be randomly selected and have
the option to “trade” their plate with another contestant.
o If selected to trade, the other contestant cannot reject it.
3. Participants must eat takoyaki without outside assistance. This includes no drinks,
napkins, or food additives (like milk or bread) until the challenge is complete.
The takoyaki must be eaten using only chopsticks or utensils provided by the organizer.
No physical assistance is allowed (e.g., another person feeding the participant).
Completion
Participants must finish the entire plate of takoyaki (including any fillings that may spill out of the ball itself). A participant is deemed finished when they show the empty plate to the official with no takoyaki or fillings left behind. Food must be completely swallowed.
Disqualification
A participant will be disqualified for any of the following:
· Vomiting or spitting out food during the challenge.
· Leaving the designated eating area before finishing.
· Drinking any liquids or consuming other foods before the challenge is complete.
· Cheating or any unsportsmanlike conduct (e.g., intentionally delaying or disrupting
the event).
Time Limit
· Participants must complete each round within one (1) minute.
· If the time limit is reached and multiple participants are still eating, the one who has
the fewest takoyaki remaining will be declared the winner.
Judging and Winners
The first person to finish their takoyaki completely within the rules will be declared the winner. In case of a tie (e.g., multiple participants finishing at the same time), a "sudden death" round involving added spicy ingredients to the takoyaki may be held to determine the winner.
The judge’s decision is final in all matters.
